The staff were exceptional - Witty, responsive and KIND. The location was just off theatre land and the old town so nothing was too much of a walk. Find the Canal basin just below the canal - near and lovely. My room had a bed that folded away so creating lots more space - It made me smile and was much appreciated. And a generous bathroom too. The interior design was lovely and breakfast was very nice although overpriced at €20 per head. The staff were very friendly and helpful but one did forget to order our taxi (good job I checked) and we were also overcharged for something else but this was rectified very quickly.
