They are all so friendly and accommodating without going over the top. The air-con in the room was fantastic, and the bed was very very comfortable. It was also very clean. The staff was så kind and helpfull. The rooms are clean, cosy, nice decoration. The bathroom are so nice and clean. The style of the rooms and the rest of the hotel is so nice and cosy.
