Best hotel I’ve stayed at in years. Perfect in every way, from the room, lovely pool and great decor. Private parking, excellent air conditioning, great food at breakfast and dinner with free snacks and beverages while lounging poolside. All for an incredibly reasonable price. Simply the best!

Breakfast was a major disappointment (see photos). Consisted of a very small offering of diced fruit, apples in various stages of ripeness and overripeness. Believe it or not, even the tea was poor on 2 of 3 days - water not hot enough, tea pot leaked.

The overall experience was ‘decent’ at best. Stay here as a family ‘with caution’. The reception team were great, however all the other details of a good guest experience were missed. Things they got wrong: 1) Our room phone wasn’t connected but no one did anything about it during our stay. I kept calling them using my mobile phone for 4 nights straight!!! 2) None of their F&B team was attentive to our needs and seemed annoyed 3) Housekeeping & reception were informed our room was dusty, however no improvement was felt and no one checked with us after 4) Room cleaning barely made a different. Lovely property situated in a small village, 30 min to both the more known town of Grasse or metropolis of Nice. The staff are welcoming from first encounter. English widely spoken if needed. Rooms are clean with all amenities. We had a terrace room which is well worth the upgrade for the fabulous views. The pool is a lovely bonus! A cool oasis on a warm day or just a respite for a relaxing appertif. Breakfast was plentiful and they accommodated my diabetes without a flinch. Tasty restaurants within walking or short drives. Owner introduced herself to check on our stay, so lovely! Only wish we had booked for longer!
