A wonderful place to stay close to shops and also secured parking and large garden space. Delphine and her partner are excellent hosts so helpful and thoughtful. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has all the appliances you need if you want to make something for yourself. We were leaving early the next morning and Delphine & her partner prepared our breakfast and also gave us some bakery goodies to take with us for later on. Just Wonderful.

If you go to Lyon, I highly recommend this accomodation. Even if our stay was short (1 night) we enjoyed it very much. Our host was extremly hospitable and friendly, and made sure we got the directions to get to our event in the evening. Also, as we had an early train, she made sure to say goodbye to us (at 5 am) and the cherry on top - she had prepared for us a snack for the train ride. We appreciated it very much! Everything was very clean and esthetic. We absolutely loved it!

The room has been very spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed its overall layout and style. The soap/shampoo/shower gel were from Rituals company which I really enjoy :) I arrived by car so the it was nice to have the parking spot available over the weekend (although it was paid, understandably in the vicinity of city centre). The location was actually quite nice - it is effectively placed near the river where one could walk, but at the same it is part of the shopping centre and restaurant complex with availability of many food chains around. During the stay I walked from the hotel to the city centre areas and basilic (40mins-1hour) but each day came back by a local bus which was quite convenient. The location with this parking was quite perfect for a weekend visit.

Disappointing experience due to unprofessional service and inaccurate room description I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay. I had booked a family room for four people, which was clearly described as having one double bed in the bedroom and either two single armchairs or a double sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found two single beds in the bedroom and an unusual, uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room — a clear deviation from what was advertised. Although we decided to stay due to the short duration of our two-night reservation, this experience was far from acceptable. Additionally, I was quite surprised by the lack of basic courtesy from the staff. This was the first place I have visited in France where we were not even greeted with a simple “hello.” Such behavior does not meet the standards one would expect from a hospitality establishment.

Staff were particularly helpful and efficient. The family room was very spacious and comfortable - my son enjoyed the curtains around his bunk bed! Quiet at night despite the central location.
