The staff were excellent. This hotel is in a fantastic, quiet corner, tucked away in the heart of the busy Latin Quarter of Paris. The hotel is pretty, the facilities are great, but the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, happy, and thoughtful, they made our stay just fantastic. After only 2 days, they knew all of us by name, and even helped arrange a surprise birthday party in the lounge. This WILL be our go-to hotel in Paris from now on.
