The hosts are exceptional, the common areas are great, as is the breakfast. The village is beautiful, and serene. Could not be a better place.

The staff are absolutely WONDERFUL at this hotel. The facilities are great, myself and my daughter had a wonderful massage in the spa and it was one of the very best I have ever had. The pool/spa area was great, but was VERY busy at almost all times of the day, and also felt that it was not kept as clean as it could have been. One of the jacuzzi was especially scummy. But overall for a small hotel, the spa had everything you could want, 2 hottubs, 2 saunas, a steam room.
We stayed in a suite with a second floor loft. My daughter slept in the loft area in a single bed. We had a separate bedroom with a large king bed. The room was large and very spacious for European standards. Excellent toiletries. Room cleaned 2 times per day. The rugs and the furniture in the rooms are becoming a little run down and should be replaced soon, and the room is dark, but not something that made me feel that I would not return.
Breakfast was adequate, and they kept the buffet refilled. Excellent to order hot drinks and eggs to your liking.
We ate at the restaurant 2 nights and it was excellent and the staff and service A+.
We would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

The place is an entirely renovated antique house. The design and quality of each detail is simply outstanding. Stones, glass and steel are assembled in great style on a staggered story structure .
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Loved the decor throughout.the reception was warm and it was lovely to be given a guided tour around the facilities so we all knew where everything was located. The ski/boot room staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and super polite. We had a great time in the bowling alley. Living moss wall accents in the bar and elegant flower arrangement in the lobby added to the classy atmosphere.
My child and I loved the bowling and games room, loved the French restaurant it had nice decor and predictably great fondue. We used the pool and steam room and rest beds every day and were all very well designed. Ski concierge was outstanding and they literally lay your skis out for you.
Great design, comfortably made, absolutely amazing view and staff. The chef even offered to make me milk product-free omelette. Clever design ideas and every effort was made to satisfy guests. I would love to go back.
Breakfast was great, internet connection is perfect, staff is immensely polite and helpful, hotel is brand new, luxury equipped with lot of stylish and expensive materials. Atmosphere in the hotel is very cosy. We were visited many luxury boutique hotels but Le Diamond Rock is one of the very best. Well done!
Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated. Stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Staff were friendly and welcoming and spoke perfect English. Nothing was too much trouble! Spa facilities were gorgeous (which was great for me - the non skier of the family). Great that we were also allowed to bring our dog. Will definitely come back
