Strange and unusual rooms in a cave carved into a cliff. Breakfast in the room was an option which was nice. Also a swimming pool in a cave!
Free access to the Abbey is included in the rate. Free access to the site doesn't include access to the museum.

One of my favourite stays of the trip. The entire space was so beautifully and minimally furnished, letting the history of the space speak for itself. The staff was amazing and so helpful and the room was super comfortable! We also loved the delicious dinner basket at 35 EUR that was provided by the onsite restaurant, a great way to experience the Michelin star kitchen in a casual and accessible way.
The highlight was the essentially private access to the Abbey and the grounds after hours. It was such a memorable and special experience and I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would have! Highly recommend this stay, it's one of a kind!

We had a suite and it was stunning, with beautiful decor. In a great location next door to a bakery an plenty of places to it and a 2 min walk to the château.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Comfortable, quirky, characterful, and in a wonderful location.
Clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Great WiFi and TV for those evenings in. A nearby cafe for evenings out. Exceptionally helpful host.
Great bedrooms, as long as you can climb steep steps to the one upstairs. Nice little terrace. Convenient parking nearby. Simply lovely.
Clean and beautifully ambient rooms incorporated into pre-existing ancient caves. Yannicke a very hospitable host who showed us our room and the pool and was obviously very invested in this property. The cave pool was such a lovely novelty to make the stay even more special. In the morning a reasonably priced delicious buffet breakfast with many local/organic products which set us up for the morning!
A lovely place to stay. Yannick our host was excellent, so friendly and he offered great advice for local restaurants and attractions. Best experience in France.
Lovely authentic French property backed by limestone cliffs and with views over fields. Quirky swimming pool in cave. Lovely room and great breakfast offering local homemade produce.
A unique hotel, your room is 'a cave' but with all the luxury of a hotel. Fantastic pool inside the cave, and breakfast is served on the sunny terrace ( weather permitting)
