We loved staying at Frasers! We were upgraded to an amazing cottage style room and loved every part of our stay. All members of staff were so kind and helpful including delivering us a bottle of wine to our room! We would love to come again.

In general, I had a really good stay. On arrival I had to go to the pub to get the pin number for the door even though booking.com gave me a reference and a pin number. I didn’t really understand why I had to go to the pub. It didn’t really matter as I’ve arrived in working hours. There were just a few things that I feel could be improved. When you go into the chalet there is a step there. I fell over that, a mind that step notice would’ve been really helpful. The bathroom was really nice, the tapwater was exceptionally hot. A notice there would also be a really good idea. Breakfast was provided, but it was a bit of a letdown. I really like the fact that you provide a pint of milk. The teabags were not wrapped. I like a wrapped teabag, I don’t want everybody else’s fingers on it and I am not a fan of Nescafé granules. A little coffee machine would’ve been really nice, the croissant would’ve been nicer if it had been fresh. A small microwave would also be nice. But as I said, I did have a nice stay. Bed was very comfortable and I slept exceptionally well. I’m very picky. I admit it, but I do think that the hot water and step are safety issues especially if you’ve got small children staying and improving the breakfast and the facilities would really elevate the stay. I did have a meal in the pub that is attached which was delicious, the staff were very nice. I would stay there again.

Absolutely amazing hotel! It's so beautiful and old inside but everything just seems so well maintained. Lots of attention to detail in decorations and general aesthetics. The rooms were also so quiet and we appreciated that we got a bath and not a shower, especially since it was winter. The view from our room window was also so pretty! Restaurant food was so good! And the waiters were great! Very professional. I'm definitely coming back here.

Our stay was wonderful. The George is beautiful, but what really made our stay extra special were the staff… Dave from Seville ;-) in the dining room and the guy from Tazmania made us feel super welcome. Service was impeccable and food was just lovely.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Loved our room, very spacious and clean
The hotel was very nice & clean
Great location to the town centre and Ashford designer outlets, staff were friendly
Modern hotel with all facilities you'd expect in the room. Very handily located for Ashford International train station and easy walking distance to Designer Outlet, so perfect location for visiting shoppers. Breakfast buffet offered everything you might want to eat.
The location is perfect. Good parking space although the side path to drive to the parking was quiet tight. So I would not recommend large vehicles. Nice interior design
Well located to the designer outlet and other shops. Although next to a busy road the rooms are well placed so that you do not get disturbed by it. Well presented reception and bar areas. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay.
As someone who is gluten free and lactose free the breakfast choices were the best I have ever had at a hotel. Gluten free bread along with oat milk and alpro soya yogurts. It was lovely to have a choice.
The room was comfortable and modern looking. The view from the large window was stunning.
As the hotel was within walking distance from both the designer outlet, which we visited, and Ashford International Station, where I collected my son, it was perfect for our stay.
Staff were very helpful and informative.
