Bedroom was split level with bathroom upstairs. Stand alone bath and big walk in shower. Bed was comfortable and the hotel had loads of original features, warped walls and beams. It was an enjoyable stay.

Staff were friendly and attentive, we had a warm welcome from the start. The atmosphere is cosy and charming, lots of interesting decor and artwork. We had the best chips ever in the evening and a lovely breakfast in the morning. The selection of tea/coffee etc. in the room was lovely.
