The spa was lovely and not too busy. The interior design around the hotel was quirky and modern, looked like it had been recently refurbished.

The location was wonderful, right by the river in the centre of town. My room was well designed, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and with stunning views over the river. Check-in was easy, all-day parking was just £5 and the hotel itself felt secure and well-kept. Highly recommend.

Very centrally located next to shops, cinema and bars . Exceptionally friendly guy who booked us in and showed us a couple of rooms before deciding which one to have ( both were fantastic with river views ) . We chose room 4 which was perfect, from design to decor . We ate down stairs for both lunch when we arrived and breakfast , this again was very good with lovely staff .

Honestly, brilliant room, real character, and unique in design. Room 2, which we had a massive bathroom with a huge bath and great rain shower. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms have their own access, and you don't need to go through the main pub each time to access them. The staff were all lovely both when booking in and also in the morning. Would definitely recommend it.

The room was very large for a standard hotel room and the bathroom was nice. The rooms were modern in design and it was a lovely place to stay for a few days. Bed was super comfortable which is always a plus!

Very much a boutique hotel with quirky rustic styling and a lovely tree lined street. Rooms a good size with comfy beds. Food was nice but only had simple dishes from the menu. Outdoor space is very well designed and laid out with dining and general drinking areas. Parking at rear but limited to first come. Ample parking out on main street. All staff were lovely and helpful.
