We had booked 2 rooms for Mother’s Day and didn’t like the rooms given. So was happy to pay and had upgraded both rooms and one of the rooms was smaller than the previous one bear in mind it was an upgrade. The bathtub was horrible not dated. I am pregnant and I could feel the springs on the bed and was very warm out so I had rang them and they said they couldn’t change my room and gave me a duvet to put on top which never helped the matter. I had a massage as the spa and woke up with so much pain due to the bed. My advise is not to visit this place as they didn’t look after us and I had the worst experience and I’m never one to complain.

My wife and I stayed in the 'Whiskey Galore' suite (we don't drink!). It was absolutely lovely and exceeded the pictures online. The staff at the counter were amazing, professional, courteous, and made us feel very welcome. They accommodated my request to add flower petals on the bed and did a fancy design with the towels. My wife loved it and felt very special. We ate at the restaurant/pub built next to the hotel and were impressed especially with their full English breakfast. Someone told us that there isn't much to do in Ealing, but right there in Ealing there is Polish food, Turkish food, Portuguese food, and it was not too far away from the main Westfield Shopping Centre (mall). Also, it at least had its own tube station, the West Ealing station, and it was just a short walk to the hotel, so one can access all of the rest London from the Central and Elizabeth lines. I would give this hotel my highest rating, would recommend ti to family and co-workers, and would stay at the Drayton Court Hotel again!

The location was in the heart of Knightsbridge a very high-end location. Very safe and walkable to all parts of the city. The best thing about Egerton House Hotel is by far the staff. Every person you came in contact with was extremely helpful, kind and full of enthusiasm. They all went above and beyond to help me in every way. The breakfasts were amazing, and you could try a variety of different items as they offered a large assortment of options. The little touches from turn down service with nightly fresh baked goodies from the pastry chef, personalized notes, daily fruits, waters, tea and coffees. The bar staff was amazing with so many personalized touches. They treated you like royalty and it would make me return over and over.

The room was large and lovely. Very clean. Great, quiet location near two tube stops covering 3 lines. Breakfast was nothing special, but adequate. I was surprised to see no iron/ironing board in the room. On my last night at about 11pm...the very last time I needed to enter the room, the card did not work. The front desk clerk reprogrammed it, but no luck. He finally had to get a key and let me in. As the card is needed for the lights, I was left in the dark. He thought he knew the issue and said to give him a few minutes, but I never heard from him again. I had to be up very early (still dark out) and had to shower, etc. by the light from my phone. I would stay here again, but this was a bit of disappointing end to my stay in London.
