A Room With A View is situated in Kemp Town, on Brighton’s seafront. The Grade II listed Georgian building offers parking and free Wi-Fi.

I stayed in room 2, the single room. Room is small but the hotel make that quite clear on the website. Plenty of choice of teas & coffee plus water in the fridge, lovely biccies. Great powerful shower & quality shower gel & hand/body lotion. Bath towel was small but the big fluffy dressing gown made up for it. Bed was comfy, nice pillows. Lovely view of the pier from the desk. TV was easy to operate. I didn't use the restaurant so I can't comment on that. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great two night stay in Brighton.

A 4-minute walk from Brighton seafront, the award-winning Snooze is a funky Kemptown guest house filled with colourful, quirky design and inspired 20th-century styling.

We stayed in suite 72 for just one night for our anniversary, I wanted something unique and fancy but affordable and this hit that spot perfectly. The host was very friendly, location was really convenient and the room was lovely. Incredible value for money. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to an emergency so didn’t get to try the breakfast, so I cannot speak on that, but I have already recommended to my friends and family and this place would be my first choice to stay if I was in the area again.

Very friendly staff. Loved the deco of course. I was staying for Brighton Marathon, and a very nice touch from the hotel to leave takeaway breakfast out for runners who needed to leave before breakfast time. Just lovely, will be back for sure!

Charming, FRAGRANT (gentle Jo Malone diffusion in reception!), super-clean, well appointed and chic little boutique guest house. Absolutely first rate. Steve was delightful and super-knowledgeable and helpful as host. Room was gorgeous and well designed, with lovely, top-notch REN toiletries and DeLonghi tea and coffee-making facilities (chocolate and lovely biscuits a most welcome touch). Brilliant location, sea and excellent breakfast location at either end of the quiet, pretty road.

Beautifully appointed flat in a fantastic location right opposite the sea and a short walk to town. All the rooms are beautifully designed with high quality fixtures and fittings. The beds were very comfortable with beautiful pillows and luxury bedding, we all slept really well. Gorgeous tiles, nice lighting and classy kitchen and bathrooms. Timely and thorough communication from hosts. The parking space is excellent and a real bonus in Brighton where parking is expensive.

Always great to find a boutique hotel which offers that little bit of difference. Loved the concept of an artist designing each room. Ours did not let us down and had a great little balcony to sit and just enjoy the outlook and sunshine. Hotel had lots to offer the visitor or the business person. Breakfast was delicious. Staff brightened your day- you were lovely lovely! A place we’d come back to again and would thoroughly recommend!

What a gorgeous boutique hotel situated right in the heart of Brighton on a stunning regency square. Received a warm welcome from all the lovely staff, our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of it. This will most definitely be our place to stay on any future trips to Brighton - highly recommended!

Room was lovely, large, spotless, with great design features. We especially love the bathroom with the roll top bath and the waterfall shower with stainless steel base and gorgeous tiles. We had our dog with us and they left dog bowls and a lovely rug for him to sleep on. The bar area in the Hotel is very smart and it has a lovely Courtyard with a balcony terrace. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is lovely.
