Nice dog friendly hotel, large rooms and friendly staff. Loved no extra charge for the dog. Some hotels charge up to £40 extra. The hotel had Christmas party nights on but the room was away from the noise and everything was over by midnight.

Excellent B&B in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Zoe & Keith have created a beautiful B&B and we love it. Their attention to detail, exquisite breakfast, and customer service is perfect. The views from our room was gorgeous and to watch the pheasants in the back countryside was beautiful along with the stream out front. They gave us good recommendations on where to go, hikes, restaurants, and general information. This is one of the happiest B&Bs we have ever been to and it felt like home to us for six nights.

The hotel is very clean, nicely decorated and has beautiful grounds . The spa is expensive for a 2 hour session .
A wedding venue as well as hotel . Noisy through the night as guests return to rooms , sound proofing not great . There was a drains smell in the bathroom and what looked like a damp patch in the bedroom on the other side of the bathroom wall. It was reported to reception.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Spotlessly clean throughout. Lovely modern kitchen and living area. The beds were very comfortable & the bathroom was superb (spotlessly clean and beautifully designed), with a built-in hair dryer and hand dryer. There was plenty of space throughout the property - it will sleep up to 7 people (including 2 couples) comfortably. Free wifi and smart TV were a nice touch.
We were given a quiet room overlooking the car park. The room was spacious & clean & had everything you would need (apart from biscuits 🤣) with a comfy bed.
Good shower room design.
Lovely friendly helpful staff.
Good breakfast.
The hotel is situated on the canal but is quite isolated.
Really well designed and comfortable. appreciated that there were new towels which we could use as well as bed linen. the furnishings were lovely and it’s a great conversion.
Warm welcome, convenient room with everything for a comfortable stay. It is in a very good location for a walk up Pendle hill. Guests have a designated snug for dining. Lovely log burner set at breakfast creates a traditional pub atmosphere. Lots of friendly guests and dogs! The food was very good and arrived promptly. Altogether fabulous service.
beautiful interior design, very comfortable and well appointed rooms and amazing staff. very good food in the sister hotel across the road.
The building is very attractive and includes a cosy seating area in the small courtyard.
A really enjoyable stay.
Great little gem of a boutique hotel. Gorgeous decor throughout. Lovely room. Comfy bed. Great breakfast and excellent staff.
