The room whilst comfortable and clean was disappointing. The furniture seemed hap-hazzard reassembling student accommodation. The view was essentially the refuse bin store and at the point of delivery vans arrival. Just below the window was a large extractor duct from the kitchens, which was noisy. This definitely wasn't luxury accommodation claimed by the outside sign. The lounge area was affected by too brightly lit in the evenings. Cleaning products left out on the bar counter and storage on display.

Great location bang on middle of Grassington. Car park is a welcome addition as not easy to park in the town.
Staff were great and food exceptional.
Bed a little on the soft side. Used to an orthopaedic bed at home so ended up being a little stiff in the mornings.
Otherwise good stay.

The decor was beautiful
Loved the bathroom. Loved being able to have a bath
Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and we liked that we were left to our own devices most of the time. Made the trip easy and enjoyable
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
We had a wonderful stay, food on the evening was exceptional and the breakfast was gorgeous! Most importantly, the staff were lovely and welcomed my little dog with lots of cuddles and treats! We will be coming back for sure.
Wonderful place… stunning location. We had a beautiful room looking out over the river.
The staff were lovely and the little touches like fresh milk were very welcome.
The staff were welcoming and attentive. The food was lovely both dinner and breakfast and the room very well designed and decorated to a very high standard and comfortable.
A lift to the top floor and someone to at least show me to the Manor House accommodation at the end of the carpark would have been more welcoming.
We were a group of 8 and our stay at the Red Lion was outstanding. We booked a variety of rooms and one flat. We were all impressed with the whole package. Location is stunning, rooms lovely and the breakfast excellent. We also had dinner and that was excellent too. Restaurant standard food not just pub food.
Fabulous dinner and breakfast. Lovely room overlooking the front of the hotel. A welcoming place to stay whilst we were walking The Dales Way. Luxury toiletries were very welcome!
