The location was great and the staff were nice and friendly.
However, thinking less than £50 a night for a room in a city is a steal definitely needs questioning. The double bed was so small that I couldn't have my pillows properly led out on the bed next to my partner's. If you enjoy spending the night not being able to rollover without having to do a 3 point turn on the spot then this is the place for you.
There were also loads of very irritating noises including shouting people outside (that can't be helped, I get that) but the sound of another room flushing their toilet every half an hour and the noise filling the room was infuriating. What was worse though was the really low bass/ vibration frequency that kept me awake until 04:30 before I got some earplugs from reception (it wasn't music related).
The bed was so close to the bathroom that if someone used it, you may as well have just sat in there with them.
The staff were great but I had an issue with being told the room was paid for but the money hadn't come out of my account. I spoke to a few different members of staff who didn't know what to do.
There also wasn't any hand wash in the bathroom.
Well-placed with its city center location directly opposite the Motorpoint Arena (formerly the Cardiff International Arena), this Park Inn is adjacent to the St.

The hotel is lovely and friendly, the spa facilities are great, all really clean too..the only downside is the amount of children's swimming lessons that happen over the weekend so if you want a quiet swim or Jacuzzi, you won't get it.
Rooms are large, clean and warm. The beds are so comfy. The bathrooms are a decent size and clean.

Location, interior design,
Cleanliness and very cozy. The pictures advertised didn’t do justice for the actual beauty and luxury of the apartment. I love everything about this place. Exceptional quality!!!
Had a real boutique feel, with beautiful Spanish inspired interior design. Room was pristine and extremely comfortable. Location was perfect for me, right in the centre of everything. Breakfast was fantastic and I’m hoping to be able to have dinner in the restaurant next time I come. Felt like I was having a little spa break and it was quite disappointing to have to go to work afterwards!
