With a lakeside setting amid open countryside, the 4-star De Vere Cotswold Water Park boasts a luxury spa and stylish rooms.

Very spacious room, with iron, hair dryer, toiletries and very comfortable bed. I would have liked an outside space but still very happy. A mini fridge would have been handy too.

Bed was really comfortable, room was clean. Towel was not clean, but I should have reported it and didn't want to cause a fuss.

The Egypt Mill Hotel is situated in the unspoilt Cotswold town of Nailsworth. The 16th century riverside hotel features a restaurant and bar.

The service was great. Our room unexpectedly roomy and gorgeous. Could do with a little updating but the facilities were great - the homemade biscuits devine!

In gardens and woodland, the Hare & Hounds is a charming, traditional English country house hotel, with a popular restaurant and bar. The Westonbirt National Arboretum is half a mile away.

Welcoming staff, lovely good sized room and excellent bathroom. Did like to the old wood furniture, nice touch compared to the clinical cold modern rooms that seem in vogue. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, well prepared. Would definitely stay again but would ask for different room to see how compared.

This contemporary-chic country house hotel is situated in the Cotswolds, surrounded by 55 acres of parkland, woods and meadows. Its gardens have natural springs, lakes, and Victorian cascades.

Location and venue was amazing, grounds and room were all exceptional. Lots of the staff seemed new and didn’t seem know much about facilities or be able to answer questions when asked but nothing else bad to say.
