Beautiful, clean and great service. The deluxe room was spacious with overlooking the lake. The bathroom was a good size. We were celebrating my birthday and they even left a cute note and goodies which was very sweet. The lobby was vibrant and had tons of space to relax and enjoy. Location was nearby other villages so easy drive to town center. Highly recommend!

The Ormond is a nice hotel located in the center of Tetbury. The staff is very friendly and the food in the restaurant is very good. The hotel does not have a lift and there is no parking at the hotel. There is free long term parking a 10 minute walk away.

I thought the dinner options were delicious and the hotel was in beautiful surroundings. The spa and heated pool was excellent.

We booked a room for 3 adults, but the hotel provided only one king bed and just 2 towels. This was disappointing as the booking clearly mentioned 3 adults. The front desk staff was average — not particularly helpful or welcoming. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations.
