We had the most wonderful stay at Merlindale. It would be hard to point out at the highlight - the room and the house were so cosy and comfortable, Helen and Paul were the loveliest hosts we've had and made us feel at home as soon as we stepped inside, and last but not least, the breakfast was delicious and had a large choice of homemade treats.
Highly recommend!
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Everything! The warm, cosy and tastefully decorated room, the Polish pottery at breakfast, the delicious breakfast (even got vegetarian at last minute), the proximity to town and restaurants and the lovely lovely host and her gorgeous cottage! She gave us great advice for walking in the region.
Location was absolutely stunning and the cottage was beautiful. Very comfortable with everything provided and even some lovely snacks and cereal. Highly recommend this little gem of a cottage.
Firstly the lovely welcome at Reception. The park itself is in a beautiful quiet location. The lodge was gorgeous. Everything you needed was provided. The hottub was amazing always at the perfect temperature night or day. I will without a doubt be recommending this place to everyone I know! The perfect getaway spot 💜
Location was fab, chalet was lovely size and balcony was gorgeous. Felt like I was in a treehouse. My son loved the basket ball hoop and octofootball on site. I loved my views from the balcony.
Fabulous small , perfect boutique hotel. Very high standard such attention to detail in every way. Rooms gorgeous , spotless . Staff efficient snd friendly. Food fabulous we can’t wait to return with friends . Thank you Coorie Inn Staff 😊
The Pigsty was absolutely gorgeous, and Fiona had left some lovely little welcoming touches for our arrival making it even more special. The space itself is really roomy and designed well, the deck out the front is perfect for sitting out to eat or relax and look across the stunning scenery. We loved how remote it is, meaning full privacy. There was also some lovely walks/things to do in the surrounding area. We’ll definitely be back, thanks again!
Lovely location and plenty space between cabins. No. 9 had a great view and was very private. Well designed and so cosy and warm inside. We felt very at home. Kitchen had everything you could need yet pleasantly simple. Lovely staff.
