Close to the city centre and just moments from the Quayside area, these stylish and modern suites are well appointed with fully equipped kitchens, flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi.

Room was fabulous in terms of layout and facilities. A shop on site and a shop across the road was useful for milk etc. We could not fault the staff the room or the location. Breakfast was simple but great. We did not experience any overcrowding in any of the reception rooms and tea and coffee, carbonated water and still were literally available on tap 24/7. It is located walking distance from town centre and walking distance from the Quay area with restaurants and bars. I would definitely return again and it will be our default for next time.

lovely room, comfortable bed, great bathroom - loved the complimentary jellybeans!! Decor/interior design was also beautiful throughout the entire property. Location was very convenient too, as we were only staying one night and needed to be relatively close to the train station

We stayed in ‘The Bashing Bishop’ apartment in the ground floor of The Funky Monk. The room was immaculate and very stylish. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for a one night stay. The hot tub and sauna garden was lovely. The gold bath was great and the complementary Elemis toiletries smelt gorgeous. The customer service from the staff was fantastic.
