This elegant 4-star Victorian hotel offers luxurious rooms featuring iPod docks, flat-screen TVs, sherry and shortbread.

It is a beautiful centuries old building that is cozy and quaint. We stayed in the family room which is in a separate building from the main building and has its own conservatory. What a lovely room. It is conveniently located to a bus stop, and is just a few minutes journey to the heart of town.

The accommodations were nice The shower head in our room leaked, so half the water came out the back end of the shower head. Our neighbors were ... active ... to say it nicely.

Beautifully decorated guest house, lovely interior design about a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre. The host, Fanny, was absolutely lovely and was really welcoming and accommodating. The home-baked pastries for breakfast were absolutely stunning. We would recommend this to anyone and would come back in a heartbeat!

The interior designer/decorator of this gorgeous hotel is brilliant. The lush textures, the thoughtful touches, rich colors and color palettes, the coziness, quiet luxury and beauty of each room and area was just perfection. You wanted to just melt into a velvet chair or take tea next to the huge windows overlooking the city or read a book on a plush sofa in some cozy corner. Beautiful.

Location is super convenient and the hotel staff (check in, housekeeping, bar, etc) were very friendly. The hotel felt clean and safe and the main shared areas are beautiful - very lovely interior design - including the pool which is stunning. Our bathroom in the hotel was stunning - the most luxurious bit of the room (standard double).
