Location fabulous! Room and bed comfy but bit tired. Paintwork needs a bit of patching up and change the worn carpet and wld be great. Other issues were the very wobbly sink tap and TV channels and signal poor but not a deal breaker. Need maybe to try soundproof window with secondary glazing if being really picky as road noise an issue but all in all not bad and would stay again for river location. Thanks for a pleasant stay! 😊

The hotel is lovely, a brilliant grand entrance and every member of staff greets you as you walk past them. Bed was comfortable and for a serve-yourself breakfast it was as good as they can be. The hotel is situated on lovely grounds and I personally got a good deal on the price.
With free parking, The Bridge Hotel in Chertsey has wonderful views of the river and out beyond historic Chertsey Bridge. The Bridge Hotel is set over 3 floors and has elevator access to the rooms.

Cannot fault this hotel on anything.. beautiful location overlooking the river, rooms lovely, bed very comfortable, breakfast done to perfection (eggs royale). Would definately stay again when visiting the area.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
the locality to the airport (Heathrow) is fantastic. The breakfast is lovely, the restaurant serves an impeccable menu and the food is excellent. We stayed in the Munrow - a stunning room with a lovely bath. The staff are fantastic, always smiling and always very helpful - we booked for the locality of flying out of Heathrow, however we will now be booking to just come down and stay and have a nice weekend break in this fantastic place!!!
Lovely room, really nicely furnished. The restaurant was gorgeous, with lots of options, and could have eaten here several times! Nice helpful staff. Comfy bed. Was pretty quiet.
Absolutely stunning room felt like pure luxury!! Added bonus of a little tipple ready and waiting in your room. It was so comfortable I didn’t actually leave my room until check out!! I was a little worried about the bar noise but that soon fizzled out that it didn’t affect my stay whatsoever. They supply earbuds so guessing some people might find it a problem but for me I Would definitely like to stay again
Location, grounds, design of building. The staff were amazing- remembering our room number, preferences of drinks etc from one day to the next. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. Highly recommended hotel and we would definitely go again.
I love the rooms design and decoration. Generous, spotless, lovely and professional staff: Sonja, the general manager, Ally, and in the morning shift Rick and Carol. Free car park. Breakfast was outstanding 10 out of 10. Because of that, Kings Arms will be my only hotel to stay in London 😍
Absolutely spotless, very comfortable & the interior design in the room & throughout the pub/restaurant was beautiful.
The staff were lovely & breakfast was 10/10
We are definitely booking again in the future
Breakfast was delicious, room was gorgeous, interior design was beautiful throughout. Staff were welcoming, friendly and very accommodating, looking after my gluten free needs!
I should have rang hotel when booking and not gone through booking.com as wife has mobility issues and our room was in attic and designed for much younger and fitter people so big thumbs down but rest of place was very well laid out to very good standards the staff were lovely food good
