The staff were all super friendly, helpful and even when the bar was full of thirsty walkers their smiles and attentiveness didn’t waiver. We had a lovely, spacious room - the comfy mattress and cotton bed linen were superb, as was the large shower in the bathroom. Great friendly staff, nice common room and affordable yummy home cooked meals. The rooms have a pretty view and it's in a lovely old building. Very clean and feels almost more like an old fashioned BnB than a hostel.
