Fantastic location, right next to the Tower of London and also Tower Bridge. Very clean, modern, located just of the main road, Tower Hill, in a quiet side road with hardly any noise at all. We have stayed here a few times, the staff are always very welcoming and friendly, especially on Reception and in the Dining Room. We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor with views of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, which was excellent, it was our 10th Wedding Anniversary and were so surprised when there was also a welcoming anniversary gift of cakes when we entered the room, such a nice touch. We always stay here when visiting London as the service from the staff is superb, the rooms are excellent and I should also mention the breakfast is one of the best ever. No need to look where we’ll be staying on our next outing to London!

Like the staff location vibe and breakfast Food and drink prices are expensive. They also charge you a service charge in the bar then ask another £20 staff service charge on checkout. Be ok if you hadn’t paid over £500 for an entry room.
