Zoe and her husband welcomed us like we were part of the family. The size of room was perfect, the shower massive! We did like the breakfast, it was delicious - I guess produces were really fresh. The property is in a nice, quiet part of the dales, plenty of walks to do!

Boutique 25 is a stylish accommodation in the North Yorkshire town of Skipton. It has free Wi-Fi throughout, and an elegant cocktail bar in its vaulted cellar, open on the weekends.

We left early morning so did not use any of the other facilities. The location was ideal, being pretty close to town centre and the car/coach park.

Dog friendly room on the first floor. Very clean and tidy. Good supply of hot water and shower pressure. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good selection at breakfast. The room was lovely as usual, bed is so comfortable. Robes smell really nice and the views are stunning. The Spa was great, bit of a windy walk over from the hotel but our choice to go over in robes. Need to visit in summer so we can enjoy some walks round the grounds.

Beautiful location. The staff are AMAZING we did not meet one staff member that wasn’t obliging, polite and friendly. They seem very invested in the hotel and look happy to be at work, it makes the atmosphere lovely within the hotel. The spa was wonderful and so relaxing and the lake side walk on a frosty morning was just stunning. Food was fab, breakfast excellent and we had an all round superb stay.

We upgraded to a room with a balcony which was lovely - definitely worth the small supplement so I would recommend. The spa was gorgeous but be aware you need to book a slot. We were lucky but not everyone was, and the time is limited while you are in it. The location is amazing and the views are very nice.
