Annoying self check-in desk. Staff had to intervene. If they're there anyway, why not have a proper reception.
Thin bedroom walls. Huge crack right across the basin. Shower inside bath, dangerous getting in and out.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. Enjoyed using the gym on the 1st floor, it had a nice range. Breakfast was great too I'll look forward to coming again.

We stayed in the Lord Armstrong suite. The room was spotless, bed comfy and the hotel was in a great location. We normally stay at one of the larger chain hotels which cost more, following our stay here I don't think we would return and would definitely stay at Grey street again. The staff were also lovely and accommodating.

Absolutely gorgeous place , staff extremely welcoming. Food was beautiful too. Breakfast was lovely. Lady who took our order in the morning very chatty and lovely. Will definitely be back again
A lovely warm welcome from Anthony and David. Super hosts. Had a lovely, large, well decorated room overlooking the rear garden. Bed was comfortable. Had a great nights sleep. Good supply of teas, coffees and milk. Shower was refreshing. Had a lovely walk around the grounds the next morning. Gorgeous setting away from the hussle and bustle but close enough to amenities.
The location was nice and quiet, and the design was very stylish and comfortable. Friendly owner, allowed my dog, patio for sunny days, friendly neighbours
