Village Hotel Newcastle is just 15 minutes' drive from Newcastle city center. The hotel offers a leisure club with a 25-yard pool.

Annoying self check-in desk. Staff had to intervene. If they're there anyway, why not have a proper reception. Thin bedroom walls. Huge crack right across the basin. Shower inside bath, dangerous getting in and out.

This newly refurbished Newcastle hotel offers quirky, 4-star accommodations, just a 2 minutes’ walk from Central Station.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. Enjoyed using the gym on the 1st floor, it had a nice range. Breakfast was great too I'll look forward to coming again.

The 4-star Gray Street Hotel offers boutique rooms with luxury linens and individual feature walls. The hotel is in Newcastle center, a 2-minute walk from the Theater Royal. Free WiFi is provided.

We stayed in the Lord Armstrong suite. The room was spotless, bed comfy and the hotel was in a great location. We normally stay at one of the larger chain hotels which cost more, following our stay here I don't think we would return and would definitely stay at Grey street again. The staff were also lovely and accommodating.

A lovely warm welcome from Anthony and David. Super hosts. Had a lovely, large, well decorated room overlooking the rear garden. Bed was comfortable. Had a great nights sleep. Good supply of teas, coffees and milk. Shower was refreshing. Had a lovely walk around the grounds the next morning. Gorgeous setting away from the hussle and bustle but close enough to amenities.
