Really great wee hotel! Lovely building. Very clean room, comfy bed, decent shower. Staff were really exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The receptionist welcomed me and was very happy to take me up and show me my room. Because I was leaving early, before the standard breakfast time, she asked the kitchen staff to make me a hot morning roll with coffee to take away instead. Very tasty sausage and bacon! Thoroughly recommend

This boutique hotel sits on the banks of the Forth in Leith, and boasts a state-of-the art gym, free parking and a stylish bar. Edinburgh city centre is just 10 minutes’ drive away.

I loved the small touch on the pet service. There was dog bowl and goody bag as well as a dog bed ready for my dog (boogie). I was not expecting this at all so this went beyond my expectations and had a really positive impact.

Breakfast was very good. Accessible room was well appointed and more than large enough to accommodate a wheelchair. We ate in the restaurant with family and all thoroughly enjoyed the food. Lovely place and staff were fantastic.

Not quite a full Scottish. I would say the menu was not designed by a Scot.
