Located at the foot of the Cotswold Hills, Delta Hotels by Marriott Cheltenham Chase offers modern rooms and free parking.

We booked a room for 3 adults, but the hotel provided only one king bed and just 2 towels. This was disappointing as the booking clearly mentioned 3 adults. The front desk staff was average — not particularly helpful or welcoming. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations.

With a rich and vibrant history, the riverside town of Tewkesbury features stunning scenery, including almost 400 listed buildings and an elegant 900-year-old Abbey.

We like the older historic hotels. They kindly upgraded our room as my husband has difficulty with stairs so was moved from the second floor to the first floor the staff were so lovely and helpful! The food was very good too

Idyllic place, it's Dr. Who's Tardis meets Wind in the Willows. The outer blue doors let you into a beautiful, slight, nautical themed room larger than the outside suggests. You walk across the wooden floor to the French windows and the balcony overlooking the river. The birdsong drowned out the traffic noise. The kitchen area well appointed and a huge wet room top marks to the designer. Quite honestly it was one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Simply outstanding, thank you to the owner for the privilege.

Beautiful property, the host Shea has taken time out to ensure everything is in place for her guests. I love the interior design and how the host has gone above and beyond with everything. Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Shea

The building was lovely. It had an old and unique design with plenty of character. While it may not be to everyone's taste, we certainly enjoyed it. We were pleased to find that there was a bar and courtyard located on the ground floor, right below our room. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. We also enjoyed the buffet-style cooked breakfast provided, which allowed us to help ourselves to whatever we fancied. All in all, it was a great value for the money spent.

Perfect budget stay: central location, huge room with many facilities you don't find in more expensive chain hotels such as microwave and fridge. Plates and cutlery already in room, which was highly appreciated, and the staff were absolutely lovely. The shower had EXCELLENT water pressure and got nice and hot! Nice and clean, not a luxury getaway but perfectly comfortable and a great nights' sleep.

Marie Claire trained in fashion and design and this is reflected in the style and quality of the furnishings. Our bedroom and bathroom were large and well equipped - better than many 5 star hotels which I have used. We had a delicious home cooked breakfast. The location is remote and secluded with the river Severn less than 200m away. The nearby village is quiet with no pubs or restaurants but there are plenty within a 10 - 15 minute drive.

The hosts genuinely couldn't do anymore for the guests, both Kim and Richard were incredibly attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The property itself was absolutely stunning and furnished to an the highest of standards (Kim certainley has an eye for interior design), the little touches here and there and even the continental breakfast was divine. For our first ever BNB experience it certainly was an eyeopener and we will definitely be booking again with Kim and Richard.

Decor in foyer, dining room, lounge bar - stylish, contemporary, aspirational, high end, luxury. Spa was superior to many other spas I've been to. Lovely decor, novel spa features and wonderful atmosphere. Staff behind bar and in restaurant were really attentive, friendly, polite, going above and beyond.
