Elegant, kind, and always smiling—her warm presence set the tone for our stay. She radiates positive energy and gives guests a lasting impression of joy and hospitality. Then comes the refined and incredibly charming Andrei, the restaurant manager. His ability to engage in thoughtful conversations brought calm and joy to every meal. A true professional—he made me feel like royalty. To me, Andrei became the very soul of the hotel. Otto, the golf cart driver and bike tour coordinator, was simply outstanding. Always smiling, genuinely helpful, and impressively proactive. He anticipated our needs and delivered a level of service that brought joy to my family. Thank you, Otto, for everything you did for us. Razvan, the front office manager, showcased his experience and problem-solving skills when he handled a complex billing issue related to my credit card with great professionalism and a kind smile.
