A really, really big apartment! Heating was good. Absolutely central location. We were able to leave our car in the car park for a few hours after we checked out which was a great advantage as it allowed us to explore the city for a few extra hours.

This elegant and intimate exclusive retreat in the heart of the Scottish Highlands overlooks the mysterious and beautiful Loch Ness.

Arrived and greeted at the door, help with luggage was offered from staff. Room was newly decorated and very clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good. The professionalism of staff was excellent. We were very well looked after and recommend Loch Ness Lodge to others.

Kenny is a gracious host and the hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. Lots of thoughtful little things to help guests and everything you need for a comfortable nights stay and only a walk into Inverness. All the rooms are beautiful and Kenny could have another career as a hotel designer if he wants it. Many thanks Kenny, we’ll be sure to stay again. Cheers Gail & Paul

The interior designer is a genius. The use of space and numerous innovative features in both our room and the hotel generally were exceptional. The staff were outstanding and our entire stay at the Heathmount was a pleasurable experience.

The location is brilliant and I love feeling that the house gives. I like the interior design and the warmth it has. Very clean, vintage and cosy interiors. Complementary tea and coffee. Loved the river view, it was such a treat. The breakfast offered was very generous and lovely atmosphere. Phi was an excellent host, very kind and helpful but also respects your privacy.
