Beautiful room in old building, modern amenities. Very good food in restaurant and for breakfast. I had a practical problem with my shoes and the owner helped me out.

Beautiful building inside and out and the interior design was wonderful taking it back to its industrial past but in a contemporary way. The views over the harbour were brilliant especially with the wonderful weather we enjoyed

Very well thought-out interior design - retaining and making the most of all the period features whilst adding in all modern conveniences. Although the place as a whole is quite compact, they've maximised the main dining / living space and with the unusually high ceilings (for a building of its age) it feel really spacious.

Great boutique hotel with superb facilities and quirky design. Amazing staff and customer service, delicious food. Location is the best in Ipswich too with beautiful views over the harbour. Room was air conditioned and we experienced no issues with street noise either. Highly recommended!
