Beautiful, very comfortable, amazingly well equipped townhouse in an incredible location, with some lovely welcoming touches from the owners. Their communications were also great. We couldn't have asked for more - the wonderful reviews are fully deserved.

Property suited our needs really well. Very uncluttered, but had everything that we needed. Back terrace was roomy and quite private. It was a hot weekend and the property was nice and cool. Kitchen had facilities so that you could genuinely cook! Design/use of space was good - all bedrooms good size and lounge very spacious.

Staff were so lovely. Went the extra mile. We arrived at midnight after being held up on the motorway travelling from Cornwall. The general manager Sarah phoned us to say she would wait up for us. When we arrived she had arranged a plate of fresh sandwiches for us after our very long journey which was a very welcome surprise. Breakfast was great and we were very well looked after. Location is stunning right by the river.

Beautiful building. Our lovely room was a good size and traditionally styled which even included a swing! The en-suite bathroom was again a good size and nicely designed. We can also recommend the restaurant. The breakfast was exceptional.

Steve and Michelle were so welcoming when we first arrived and got us settled in quickly. the retreat is gorgeous inside and out with everything you could possibly need and it’s decorated very nicely. the garden is stunning and so relaxing, there’s a fire pit to use (marshmallows supplied!), multiple places to sit, a really lovely hot tub complete with aromatherapy salts and towels provided specifically for use around the tub. it’s also truly dog friendly which was brilliant, they could potter around the garden and inside the retreat.

Absolutely lovely stay at the tile retreat! Set in a beautiful garden this entire place has been designed so lovely, classy yet fun, and had all we needed for a short stay as a couple. The place very clean, bed was very comfortable and so many little extras which made it so very special, plenty of kitchen amenities, comfy soft chairs, pull down cinema screen, popcorn machine… Just perfect for a stay, not to mention the beautiful area surrounding of Iron Bridge. Got to have lunch on the river at the half moon, gorgeous!
