A luxurious one person room for a very affordable price, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was full of little luxury touches like a filter coffee machine and a phone charging clock! Loads of free parking, great staff very helpful and friendly and a lovely location. The room and bathroom were clean and well finished, with a lush feel to them both. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Hosts we're welcoming and informative about the local area. Facilities were lovely and the period features were divine! We stayed in the suite with the most amazing bathroom - a complete joy. Breakfast was made at a time to suit us and was delicious. And, great choice of tea - Yorkshire Tea! Would definitely book a return visit. Note: The map grid reference link from Booking.com took us to 132 Wellsway, which was down the road. Much better to search by postcode, the B&B sign is easy to see.
