The running water stopped working so the toilet wouldn’t flush and no tap water or shower. No emergency telephone number to report to. Had to wait until 7.30 when they came back to the property and then after 15 minutes it was fixed. Plug sockets difficult to access behind the bed and no mirror in the bedroom. Food was good and the staff were very friendly. However apart from the food it was very poor value for money.

Breakfast was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection for us.
The location was gorgeous surrounded by trees and fields, great for connecting to nature and ourselves. The bed was huge in our superior room. The hotel exterior is very well maintained as are the grounds.
We enjoyed our stay so much we added another day onto our visit.
The staff were fabulous, efficient and all our needs were met, thank you to Amey on reception, Hayley on the bar along with Jess. The girls on breakfast duty were amazing they had their work cut out at every breakfast sitting. Every member of the team we came into contact with were polite, very accommodating and extremely hard working.
What a great team they have.

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
It was fabulous as a person with Coeliac disease to be able to eat whatever I wanted without the usual worry of potential cross contamination. Gorgeous food, helpful staff, lovely room.
Gorgeous views from oak Lodge. The hot tub was perfectly situated for privacy and the views.
The lodge was spacious, clean and warm. The lodge felt private and away from anyone and everyone. The views from the master bedroom were stunning.
Lovely host, good parking, easy to find, gorgeous view, expertly cooked breakfast, efficient heater, comfortable beds, all in all - a very enjoyable stay.
This hotel is located more or less on the Offa's Dyke Path, which is why we initially booked it. However, when we arrived, we were blown away by the design of the building and the spectacular staircases and landings from which the rooms were accessed. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bath, which was really nice after a day's walking.
We would have no issue recomending it as a good place to stay
We’ve not even left yet and I couldn’t wait to write a review. This is the perfect place to rest and recharge. The location is stunning and close to lovely Knighton. It’s peaceful, it’s clean and the glamping pod is super comfortable! The host is so lovely and the locals think very highly of them too! We could not have wished for anymore from this stay and would recommend coming to everyone.
Lovely original Farmhouse on the Welsh/English border surrounded by stunning scenery and just 5 minutes drive from Knighton and all it's amenities. Easy to get to, a great spot for exploring the valley. Wonderful views.
Very welcoming owner, cosy wood fire, modern kitchen, comfy beds, so lovely to be close to the animals too.
My daughter loved it there - first time on a horse too 😊
We stayed in The Willow Lodge. It had all the MoD cons required for a self catering stay. The sauna was amazing. We used it every day. Make sure you take £1 coins to use and it stays warm for hours. There was a gorgeous little village in Knighton around 10 minutes drive away that we visited most days to do walks and grab food. We completed Offa's dyke and got some fabulous pictures. Was lovely to come back to such a beautiful setting at night in the Willow Lodge and use the Hot Tub. The dogs had the best time.
Breakfast was basic toast, jams and fruit. But was lovely. Room was very comfortable and large with gorgeous views over the hills.
