We have stayed at the Hilton garden on numerous occasions and found this stay wanting for a more comfortable bed, wine that is shown on the list but not available and whisky that was also not available which is somewhat unfortunate as the location is perfect for our needs, I am about to book for a theatre trip in June and would hope we will not suffer the same experience, I have to add that the staff were very apologetic but as we know it is not their responsibility to ensure everything is available.

Had 2 evening meals which were both excellent.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Good stopover between Cornwall and east Surrey. Charming old buildings and pretty gardens in convenient location for visiting Mendips AONB. Nice interior design touches and great breakfast and dinner.
Staff super friendly and welcoming, no question or wish was too much, they made us feel very welcome, both in the evening when we arrived and also in the morning for breakfast. Loved the interior design, great mix of old and new. Best shower ever, not often had such excellent water pressure in the UK.
Lovely time spent at the Langford Inn. The pub is fantastic with great drinks and food menu. Our rooms were excellent with lovely furnishings and luxury feel. The shower was great. The team was super welcoming and service was fantastic . Highly recommend this Inn
The accommodation was beautiful- clean, well designed with great attention to detail. The pub was really lovely and we had a fabulous dinner and breakfast there. The perfect place for a family gathering.
We went here for our anniversary and loved it - a beautiful spot in the countryside, beautifully decorated and maintained. Delicious tasty food and gorgeous spacious room in the Executive Suite. Brilliant value for money - affordable but felt quite luxurious too. Such lovely staff who were really friendly, helpful and told us about local walks etc - totally unflustered even on a busy sunny evening.
