Lovely hotel and great central location.the rooms were clean with everything you need. The food was beautiful we had ordered for room service and the breakfast had lots of choice. On arrival my children were given sweet cones and colouring books which was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. All the staff we came across in the hotel were friendly and approachable. Will definitely recommend and return in the future.

Great design, on site bar, gym and restaurant. There was even a Starbucks attached to the hotel and the free drinks voucher for there was a lovely bonus. Staff were great and very helpful, I interacted with Reception, front of house, gym staff and cleaners, all were lovely and friendly.
Very creative interior design and the beds were lovely..security was good..was uncomfortable with the mixed dorms but my roommates were polite and respectful ..was really pleasant
Lovely hotel but doesn’t really have any 5 star touches. Stayed here due to great reviews and feedback from others. Great staff and lovely designed hotel.
I like the seating areas downstairs, the free coffee and tea and the location It has a lovely felt when you walk in .
The showers are a great design and a pleasure to use
This was my first stay with purestay and look forward to future bookings. The apartment was better than expected with its high ceilings and luxury design and style you could tell a lot of thought has gone into the smallest of things. The service team were very responsive throughout the booking process and during the stay. The apartment had a fantastic location and full of lovely amenities. I would highly recommend them they have a wide range of luxury properties and outstanding customer service.
The room was absolutely gorgeous! The hotel itself was stunning and such luxury for a very reasonable price. The staff are super friendly too. Had some lovely cocktails at the bar downstairs too. The bed was super comfy, room so clean and bathroom fantastic too. Couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely be back.
