Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the room service every day, you don't get that in all hotels and that exceeded my expectations.
Beautiful 1930's Art Deco building directly opposite Lincoln Castle and only a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral and historic Bailgate, with its selection of independent shops and restaurants.

Brilliant location and a reasonable price. Comfy bed and a good sized shower. The room had a good atmosphere. The lady who was working breakfast was very efficient at keeping things topped up. When we called reception to let them know the hairdryer was broken it was replaced quickly.

The location in town was excellent with a lot of outdoor space including a beer garden. The restaurant and bar are very nice--high spec design, comfy, and good cocktail and food choices. The towels were fluffy and large. The room was spacious. The staff were friendly. The free wifi was great. A lot of storage space for a multi-night stay. Although we didn't need to use them, there was a fan and a space heater in the cupboard. The room and hotel felt safe. There are plenty of amenities around such as a large Co-op, a lovely old church, and a train station within a 5 minute walk.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
The renovations of the hotel are beautiful - a lovely, stylish boutique feel. The staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Our room was fabulous - looking out to the Cathedral which was really special.
A stunning house with excellent facilities in the individual apartment - clearly a lot of thought has gone into the design and the equipment provided. Lovely touches like plenty of fresh milk, tea & coffee plus edible treats. The hosts are lovely, very warm and welcoming.
Stunning location and great value for money. Really lovely break, and fresh baked croissants at the bedroom door, a really gorgeous touch! Really felt looked after. Thank you 😊
