Featuring 4-star accommodation, The Courtyard, Laurel Farm is situated in Lowestoft, 21 km from Caister Castle & Motor Museum and 27 km from Bungay Castle.

Can’t fault the property, it was very comfortable and the hosts very welcoming. Room was very clean, bed super comfortable and a huge bathroom, great WiFi too. They found something we left behind and called us to let us know and held it until we returned. Thank you so much Janet & Kevin.

Andover House Hotel & Restaurant - Adults only is exclusively for those over 13 years old.

Apart from some seafront hotels used by large coach tours, the Andover House Hotel is one of few, quality private hotels in Great Yarmouth. Best approached from the seaward side, the hotel offers reasonable, warm and comfortable accommodation. My food, off the relatively limited and expensive dinner menu, turned out to be very well cooked and enjoyable.

Great location on seafront. Easy entry with clear lock box instructions. Friendly Host rang to check I had instructions before I arrived. My single room (no. 4) had lovely sea view. My bathroom was down the hall - was a private bathroom designated for my room - great shower very clean and welcoming. Soft clean towels- comfy bed- I would stay here again and come back with family.

Can't say a bad word about this place! The location is perfect - 3 minutes from the beach, the cleanest hotel we've stayed in so far, the kindest and most helpful hosts we've ever met, the breakfasts were just amazing, the interior design was beautiful, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean and beautiful. We will be visiting Corner House again in the future!

The design of the breakfast room was funky. The food was amazing. The service was exceptional at all times. A lovely relaxing athmosphere to start your day with. The room was cosy. I especially liked the attention to detail (e.g. a jar of freshly baked cookies in the room). Derek and Mark made us feel very welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. Welcome extra was the Netflix account to watch movies on. It was also very easy to connect to wifi with the password displayed handily in the room.

Our room had the most amazing view of oulton broad. We could see the view from the luxury of our bed. It was stunning. It was worth every penny just for that! The food was great and staff so lovely and friendly.
