A boutique guest house 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and 16-minutes' walk to the center of Lowestoft, Baytree House offers luxurious rooms, free WiFi, free parking and a fully licensed bar.

I loved everything about it. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. There was a quote I saw that stood out for me, it said " when you are here, you are family" and it felt that way and I'm very appreciative of seeing that. The scenery was amazing inside and out. Bed was so cosy and slept well. Breakfast was great and enjoyed it. I definitely would recommend it and would stay there again!

Enjoy a tranquil Broadside setting and beautiful country gardens at this hotel hidden away at the end of a leafy driveway.

Whenever I am in Oulton Broad/Lowestoft I stay at the Ivy, and have done so for a number of years. The location next to the Broads is restful, the rooms are excellent. and the staff are super friendly. Generally, I don't eat in Hotel restaurants, but I make an exception at the Ivy. Having the same menu in either a formal dining, or a relaxed dining area is awesome. The food has always been good, I've met the chef (Owner) and he produces good food every time.

Just a 5-minute walk from Great Yarmouth’s seafront and town center, this fine Victorian guest house is exclusively for adults, and offers free Wi-Fi, award winning breakfasts, free parking and...

Excellent value, very clean, nice breakfast, friendly host, our only small criticism was that the shower didn't get as hot as you would have liked. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Great location on seafront. Easy entry with clear lock box instructions. Friendly Host rang to check I had instructions before I arrived. My single room (no. 4) had lovely sea view. My bathroom was down the hall - was a private bathroom designated for my room - great shower very clean and welcoming. Soft clean towels- comfy bed- I would stay here again and come back with family.

Can't say a bad word about this place! The location is perfect - 3 minutes from the beach, the cleanest hotel we've stayed in so far, the kindest and most helpful hosts we've ever met, the breakfasts were just amazing, the interior design was beautiful, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean and beautiful. We will be visiting Corner House again in the future!

The design of the breakfast room was funky. The food was amazing. The service was exceptional at all times. A lovely relaxing athmosphere to start your day with. The room was cosy. I especially liked the attention to detail (e.g. a jar of freshly baked cookies in the room). Derek and Mark made us feel very welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. Welcome extra was the Netflix account to watch movies on. It was also very easy to connect to wifi with the password displayed handily in the room.

Our room had the most amazing view of oulton broad. We could see the view from the luxury of our bed. It was stunning. It was worth every penny just for that! The food was great and staff so lovely and friendly.
