Servicii receptie excelente. M-a intampinat Oana, care cu o deosebita amabilitate m-a ghidat in tot ceea ce trebuie sa stiu, cu referire la facilitatile din hotel, amplasarea restaurantului, micul dejun, etc. Mai presus de orice mi-a indicat cu excactitate traseul pe care trebuie sa il urmez pentru a ajunge in ziua plecarii din hotel la terminalul unde urma sa ajung si m-a condus spre a imi arata drumul. Multumesc foarte mult!!!!
