Excellent B&B in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Zoe & Keith have created a beautiful B&B and we love it. Their attention to detail, exquisite breakfast, and customer service is perfect. The views from our room was gorgeous and to watch the pheasants in the back countryside was beautiful along with the stream out front. They gave us good recommendations on where to go, hikes, restaurants, and general information. This is one of the happiest B&Bs we have ever been to and it felt like home to us for six nights.

The hotel is very clean, nicely decorated and has beautiful grounds . The spa is expensive for a 2 hour session . A wedding venue as well as hotel . Noisy through the night as guests return to rooms , sound proofing not great . There was a drains smell in the bathroom and what looked like a damp patch in the bedroom on the other side of the bathroom wall. It was reported to reception.

Room was really nice. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Lovely breakfast too.

Herriots Hotel in Skipton is located at the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales and just 328 ft from Skipton Railway Station. Traditional food and quality cask ales are on the menu.
