The outside seating eas great and so is the play area for kids. The owners are so kind and helpful. Little added extras unexpected was a wonderful touch and made they stay all the more special, for example bottle wine snacks and fresh hen and duck eggs! Patio area just stunning luxury sunbeds and a play park were a touch of class ! Pond with feed left to fed fish if wanted which are exclusive to this lodge only and fenced off ! Hot Tub was excellent, especially after a chilly day at Ayr racecourse. We enjoyed meeting all the animals - Cat's passion shines through telling us all their rescue stories! Highlight was feeding the baby goats and the gorgeous wee kan-kan 🐑 all under the watchful eye Dali the dalmatian! We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!
