The DoubleTree by Hilton is a classic hotel, loved for years by visitors to Newcastle.

Location is great. Room itself was tired at best and bathroom tired. Shower didn’t work properly. The room served a purpose but not great.

Featuring a shared lounge, a restaurant as well as a bar, Four Points Flex by Sheraton Newcastle is located in the center of Newcastle upon Tyne, 1312 feet from Newcastle Train Station.

From the moment we arrived, everything was impressive. The girl at reception was very helpful; we took her advice on where to go for dinner, and it was very good. She also knew the best place to find cheap parking during our stay. The hotel has lifts which made it so easy to get our luggage to the room. The room was very comfortable, with a nice shower. It is also very conveniently located.

Super location staff were really lovely and very helpful. The hotel rooms both looked a bit worn out, had pieces of snot spread across the ceiling. There wasn't any hot water for the first two days (could have been having issues)

Lovely and welcoming staff, great location and walking distance to the centre of town. Great facilities, restaurant available with a lovely dinner. Only down side the beds were very firm (too firm for us)

FABULOUS HOTEL AT A FABULOUS PRICE - However it's a bit Fur coat and no knickers :-) Reception / Bar / Downtairs area are all brilliantly designed and spacious and the service it brilliant. Then you get to the room and it's fairly small square room with very little of the wow factor downstairs. IT is however clean comfortable and perfect for a one night stay ... but think Travelodge / premier inn instead of boutique hotel.

Excellent location in a nice area of Jesmond but within easy reach of the city centre. A friendly and efficient check in at reception. The hotel is super clean and tidy. My room was comfortable and spacious with a comfortable bed and excellent shower etc. It was much better than some of the larger chain hotels costing 2x or more than this hotel. Not as trendy in terms of interior design but very good.

The room was very clean and comfortable with coffee, tea and milk, lovely soft fluffy towels and comfortable bed. We were cycling and there were excellent storage facilities for bikes. Staff went the extra mile to be helpful, cheery and polite. Breakfast was good and very good coffee. Clean everywhere and attractivel interior design.

We stayed here for our wedding night and had a lovely time! The staff were warm and welcoming and made us feel at home, from the moment we arrived we felt looked after! The room we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, the balcony view was beautiful, the bed was comfy, the interior design was lovely. We were very happy with our room. The breakfast was lovely too - we decided to go for a continental breakfast which was very nice to wake up to. We can't wait to stay again

Wonderful surprise in central Newcastle. The hotel’s interior design is beautiful. We chose it for its location, and it was a delightful surprise to find such a lovely, vivid place in a perfect street. Central, but still quiet! Everything was great!
