In Birmingham’s lively centre, the stylish Novotel has a modern fitness centre, spacious bedrooms and a stylish restaurant. The Bullring Shopping Centre is a 20-minute walk away.

The room was comfortable and staff even had the sofa bed set up before we arrived. And the hotel's location gave us really easy access to the activities we had planned - just a short walk from Legoland Discovery Centre and the Sealife Centre and a short tram ride from the City Centre. Every member of staff was helpful and so kind to me and my kids. Breakfast had a truly amazing selection - even for my fussy eater. The whole trip was an absolute dream from start to finish.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in a Georgian building in a quiet area, with parking available. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Maria. Comfortable bed, lovely shower, good breakfast choice. You couldn’t fault anything at the hotel except the lack of cooling in this heat currently! I would definitely recommend a stay here!

This hotel is possibly not in the best area - but it's close to everything and is a very convenient location. The hotel offers the most comfortable, lovely and thoughtful facilities! The rooms have been designed, decorated and updated with lots of wonderful, beautiful details - and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on! The bathroom was gorgeous and the decor is sumptuous and chic. The breakfast was delicious and the staff are lovely and very helpful! We loved our stay.
