I liked the comfort, quietness, the dinners too. The staff's were very friendly.

It’s a very nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable and big and the bathroom was really nice. Luxury bath products and the staff was friendly.

The staff were appalling the facilities were not what we expected the location was dreadful you could not walk anyway and I said he wouldn't rate it as a four star hotel definitely three maximum never would I return or use any of that companies hotels ever again a blind booking.com for not giving the correct information nothing about the hotel was redeeming and I'm very sad that I chose it

The hotel was fantastic, perfect in fact! The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, steeped in rich history and the staff were very pleasant. Our room was fantastic! Everything was so clean, neat and tidy. It was the best hotel that we have every stayed in and we will be back!
