Beautiful stay, staff incredible, especially the host. So friendly, welcoming and just a beautiful soul. The room was very clean and comfy, and the air-conditioning was very much needed on such a hot day! Would stay again and again

The parking on site and the position of the hotel to the town. Clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff. We had a lovely evening meal.

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.

A wonderful boutique hotel, imaginatively and quirkily decorated and set in extensive and lovely grounds. The owners could not have worked harder to ensure that every need was met. Food excellent. Location very good for The Eden Project
Great location. Room 4 had a rolltop bath for soaking. Room was fantastically designed. Owners and staff were friendly and helpful … suggested a place to dine in Charlestown. Lovely garden, waking up to hear the birds. Breakfast was great. Next time we will use the hot tub. Wonderful!
The ambiance of the Manor's interior design + furniture and fittings were very interesting as were the books available to read and enjoy. --- The pool was lovely and warm very clean and well kept. The rooms and whole areas were warm
The gardens and planting were also very well kept and such an abundance of interesting plants including New Zealand Fern Trees. The owners were interesting kind and super people as were the staff we met
From the second we arrived, to the moment we left, the staff were utterly perfect! The service was superb, the food was fantastic and the cocktails were sublime!!!! We wanted for nothing during our stay. The staff couldn't do enough for us without being overbearing. We ordered room service breakfast on our second morning and it was absolutely gorgeous!! Our room was spotless, Champagne was lovely and cold on our arrival and the view was stunning. We had the best time and a much needed break. Our room was 106 for reference.
So many lovely touches and the facilities were far superior to most holiday cottages. It’s beautifully designed and tastefully furnished, just like a proper home. The provision of supplies to welcome us was also a lovely touch. Charlotte is really friendly and welcoming and we would definitely like to come back again, thank you
Lovely standard of design, absolutely great location
