Room was too hot and no evident way to turn the heat down. We had to open the windows. The high tech online check in and bill payment was too hard to work out, so much easier at the front desk. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and a memorable stay. Recommended.

All the staff were very friendly, also great with the kids. Breakfast selection was also great and topped up regularly. We had a family room, which was good for spending a short amount of time in, in the evening. The main bed was comfortable. We definitely use again when visiting the NEC or flying.
