Jerichos is a contemporary family-run guest house with stylish decor located on a quiet side street in the heart of Windermere village. There is free Wi-Fi and free ample private parking.

The hotel is lovely with a nice sitting room and a great breakfast area. The room was small but nicely appointed. We knew there was no lift so we climbed 2 flights of stairs.

Just 1 mile from Lake Windermere this beautiful Victorian house is set in a peaceful location between Windermere and Bowness.

Very nice stay B&B run by friendly staff. The room was gorgeous and very clean and tidy. Facilities were great, clean shower and bathroom. Free parking round the back was great as the road is quite narrow. The building is very welcoming and nicely decorated throughout. Located right in the middle of Bowness-on-Windermere and Windermere town, it was a 15 minute walk to get to either central point. Nice touches with having access to fridges and freezers, also leaving a bottle of wine in our room on arrival. Staff were very friendly and helpful, very welcoming. The room was gorgeous (superior four poster) and very clean, being served breakfast in our room was great too, enjoying it at our own leisure and in PJ’s! Great choice of starters; cereal, fruit bowls, yoghurts and choices of teas and coffee. Main breakfast again lots of choice and variations to please everybody, we had the cooked Cumbrian breakfast which was delicious.

It was welcoming, warm, extremely well and thoughtfully designed, the beds were very comfortable. I liked the emphasis on simplicity, local providers. Also I was very impressed by emphasis on local and eco…the soaps in the bathroom etc. I never felt we were being ripped off or that it felt like a corporate chain with profit as the main driver. I felt that the Westmorland hotel really genuinely wanted to provide the best of local design and produce and really cared about doing something well for the visitor and the local area.

Well-located just off the M6. Stunning view from our room - you definitely feel you're in the Lake District! Massive bed and spacious room with plenty of storage. Clean enough. Needs a bit of TLC but for a 1 night stay it perfectly meets our needs. Breakfast was delicious (with stunning views too) and staff were lovely.
