Lovely helpful staff in a very nice building. Superb food - way above the standard of most pub food. We dined here on both nights, and ate like kings and queens. Breakfast was also very good. Nice rooms with modern facilities. Car parking, and nice walks nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast lady was an asset to the Fleece, friendly, attentive and efficient.
The bed was comfortable, perhaps a little soft.
The shower was good, but the bathroom was cramped for a five star hotel.
The coffee machine in room 27 was a bonus.

The food and staff were really great. The room had everything, and what a view! (over the practice holes at the front). What a wonderful breakfast. Having specific pool times for the children was really excellent. During a wander in the woods we saw the resident deer, and what a sight!

The staff were all really helpful and friendly from arrival to check-out. We enjoyed the breakfast and the meal we had at the restaurant during our stay too. The complimentary drink at the bar on arrival and takeaway hot drink when checking-out were really nice touches.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
The Bar and restaurant staff were amazing: friendly, helpful, hardworking, lovely.
The buildings were beautifully designed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable; I liked that we could turn off the heater and open the windows.
The place is gorgeous and perfect for a weekend getaway. It is designed impeccably! And feels much bigger inside than the photographs suggest which is a nice surpise.
Lovely, comfortable rooms that are simply but beautifully decorated. Gorgeous bathroom with everything at an amazing height!! Might sound strange but was just brilliant to have everything where I needed it (and I’m going to redesign my next bathroom like this!!). Jo was so friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was a delicious continental and we were very full! We left well rested and very happy. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Breakfast was lovely. Drinks prices reasonable. Outside eating area very pretty. Service was good. 2 of the 3 rooms we booked were a lovely size. All the bedrooms booked had a great interior design theme and fully stocked for tea and coffee making.
