She gave us great directions, both to get to cottage, and to walk to local village along lovely country roads and canal towpath. Cottage is set in a beautifully tended garden with stunning views. The owner who greeted us was a lovely fellow - very helpful during our stay and even sorted us out with a delicious continental breakfast, earlier than normal, to accommodate for our busy working schedule. I did have a bit of a problem in my room with hot water, but it was sorted immediately and it in no way gave me any bad feelings towards the place.
