United Kingdomwe loved the room, it was very comfortable and nicely decorated. the garden is lovely as well as the breakfast. we felt very looked after and Lynn and Paul are very attentive, caring hosts. we got some lovely flapjacks on arrival and a treat bag of sweets for our journey home on check out!

United StatesPerfect location to walk to downtown. Wonderful owners Nicky and John. Plus son is named Felix. He loves to hear your stories and has a hobby of Geography. We spent much time sharing his interesting passions. At the end of a day of travel, their bar area overlooking a lovely swimming pool is a great way to end the day.

The views across the rolling Devon farmlands were stunning and we loved listening to the nearby stream running past our windows. It is well located for outings to Dartmouth, Paignton and Torquay and despite inclement weather at times we were able to enjoy a walk across the farmlands and outside play for the children.
